After performing the rites, the gurus joyfully had Gauri and Ganesha worshipped by the Brahmins. The gods appeared visibly, accepted the worship, gave blessings, and experienced great joy. Whatever ceremonial offerings and auspicious articles the sages desired at each moment—all appeared filled in golden vessels, and attendants stood by with them. All the customs were lovingly performed as the sun-god directed and everyone respectfully complied. In this way, having the gods worshipped, a beautiful throne was given to Sita. Sita and Rama gazed at each other, but their mutual love no one could detect. What is beyond the reach of mind, intellect, and even the finest speech—how can a poet make it manifest?
