प्रभु को देखकर सब नृप (राजा) हृदय में हारे — मानो राकेश (पूर्ण चन्द्र) उदय होने पर तारे। सबके मन में ऐसी प्रतीति (विश्वास) — राम चाप (धनुष) तोड़ने में सक्षम नहीं (असमर्थ) — ऐसा नहीं हो सकता (अर्थात् अवश्य तोड़ेंगे)।
